Policies

Here are our policies and guarantees:

1. If we sell you a product, We try to carry all the parts.
2. If there are no parts for a particular kit, we will NOT sell you that kit.
3. At times we will take a kit apart just to sell you your parts you need.
4. If you bring in a product that has no parts available, we will try to modify an existing part from our vast inventory to your specifications.
5. We have the largest selection of any parts, anywhere.
6. We don't only cater to the hobbyist community. If you have a project, we can probably help you out with our parts.
